Description

This subject aims at studying specific terms related to acquis communautarie of the EU, the Treaty of Lisbon and European Neighbourhood Policy as well as current issues on the environment, energy and global warming and its international legislation. This course will also provide information on electronic commerce law, Internet law and issues of geopolitics over control of the Internet. Besides, the law of trusts will be studied as well as consumer protection law and related cases to them will be analyzed.

Objectives

The aim of this subject is to provide students with depth knowledge on specific topics that will be provided to students by the personalities of the respective areas. Students will get information related to EU politics and integration, EU trade legislation which will be linked to international legislation on cyber space and jurisdiction of internet, etc. This subject aims at providing students with analytic skills in order to find solutions to issues related to justice.
