Description

Ky kurs trajton themelimin dhe funksionimin e Bashkimit Evropian. Kursi fillon me analizimin e rrethanave politike, ekonomike, sociale të cilat influencuan në krijimin e Komunitetit Evropian. Më pas, tregu I brendshëm me elemetët e tij do të merrët në analizë. Në mënyrë kronologjike, do të analizohen traktatet e themelimit the Bashkimit Evropian, ndryshimet që ato sollën lidhur me kompetencat e BEs. Një rëndësi të vecantë do ti kushtohet principeve të BEs dhe aspektit institucional. Së fundi, ky kyrs do të analizojë aspektin e jashtëm të BEs me vendet e Ballkanit Perëndimor duke I kushtuar një rol të rëndësishëm Shqipërisë.

Objectives

Pas përfundimit të kesaj lënde, studentët do të jenë në gjendje të kuptojnë sistemin ligjor të Bashkimit Evropian, forcat drejtuese të integrimit Evropian, institucionet e BEs; funksionimin e tregut të përbashket Evropian dhe 4 lirite si dhe politiken e jashtme të BEs ndaj Ballkanit Perëndimor duke u fokusuar në rastin e Shqiperisë.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to understand the organization and internal functioning of the European Communities and of the European Union.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to understand the political driving forces and the role of specific states in the process of European integration.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to understand the policies of Union the sense of the reforms and the tendencies of enlargement.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to understand the aims, the principles and the values of the European Union.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to gain a full view of the functioning of the Internal Market and of the four fundamental freedoms which constitute the beginning and the core of the European integration.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to understand the role and the functioning of the institutions of the Union.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to understand the foreign policy of the EU and specifically the Stabilization and Association Process where Albania is a party to.

Upon the completion of the course the students should be able to distinguish the framework of the functioning of the EU from that of other European Organizations such as the Council of Europe and the OSCE.
