The course in a detailed analyse of the function of diplomacy, activities of foreign ministries and diplomatic missions, public diplomacy, negotiations formats and processes and procedures of diplomatic missions, public diplomacy, negotiations format and processes, and procedures of diplomatic protocols. Students will become acquainted with the international law and its scope, the concept of sovereignty and its meaning, the diplomatic and consular law, the fundamental international legal documents and their functions.
