Përshkrimi: This course provides to business students the necessary knowledge how to operate a business in terms of legal issues. At the end of this course, the student is expected to show that he/she is well-informed about some key legal issues related to business and is able to make the difference between business legal norms in different countries.
Objektivat: The objective of this course is to provide to business students the necessary knowledge to address adverse legal issues in the business environment. Business students are to identify the differences among the four types of business organizations. Business students are to understand the basic structures of business management from a legal perspective.
