Description

This course deals with the study of the basic characteristics of English syntax. Grammatical categories, phrases and sentences are discussed in relation to the forms and functions. Students will study a variety of sentence structures contexts. These structures will help students to understand and communicate better in different situations.

Objectives

-To equip students with knowledge about the syntactic structure of English. -To clarify the problematic issues of English. -To enable the correct use of language by the student.
